Travelary is a product by Locastic — a senior software engineering company in Split with 15+ years building digital products for ambitious clients across Europe — in collaboration with launch partner Litto. We have spent a decade and a half shipping for the kinds of operators we are now building this for.
Why we built this.
Croatia hosts 20 million travelers a year. Most of the trips that go well were planned by hand — a person in an office answering an email at 11pm, knowing which villa has the best terrace and which boat captain doesn't show up hungover. That craft doesn't scale, and the SaaS that's been pitched at it for the last decade tries to replace it instead of multiplying it. We thought we could do better.
Travelary is what we've been building since the start of 2025: an agent that doesn't try to know your inventory better than you do, and doesn't try to write copy in a voice that isn't yours. It just removes the seven hours you spend assembling a trip you've assembled forty times before.
The bet.
Travel planning is a constrained optimization problem dressed up as a conversation. The right architecture for that problem is a small, disciplined agentic loop wired into a real commerce backend — not a chatbot bolted onto a search box. Every line of Travelary reflects that bet.
